The Record
Every day, on the record.
One report card for each day of one Model Y: the jobs done, the miles driven and how much of it was on FSD (Supervised). The day, the week, the month, the quarter and the year, each with the one before it.
Since August 23, 2026: 44 days on the record, 3,426.7 miles driven in all, 94.5% FSD (Supervised). Delivery work: $902.12 earned over 10 days, and the apps counted 355.3 miles on the 5 days they gave them ($713.11 paid, $189.01 pending).

The calendar
driven, darker is more miles · income logged, darker is more · rest day, the car did not move · charge-only day · not on the record, a gap and never a zero. The Legend.
Miles, by purpose
10 days had delivery work. The apps’ miles are in for 5 of them and the hours for 7. A gig day with neither is not split, and every other mile the car drove is the car’s, whatever it was for: the Record counts only what an app counted or the hours cover. Below, the car’s 504.5 miles on the 3 days where every count is known.
- Counted by the apps193.8 mi
- Driven in the apps’ hours, not counted by them29.7 mi
- Outside the apps’ hours281.0 mi
Each count over its own days The apps counted 355.3 miles over 5 days, and $448.42 was made on those lines. The car drove 425.0 miles in the apps’ hours over 7 days.
Every per-mile figure is over the days that have it, divides money by the miles of the same lines, and leaves a bonus out. Energy is those miles at the measured 12.9¢ a mile. How miles are counted by purpose.

How to read a card
- Every day is one of five kinds: driven, rest (the car did not move), charge-only, open (still going) or no car record yet. The Legend says how each is decided and how every figure is made.
- Every card opens on three things: the jobs done, the miles driven, and the share of those miles on FSD (Supervised).
- measured comes from the car or a document: the car’s own record, a charging invoice, the delivery app’s screens.
- modeled is worked out from measured figures, and the page says how.
- stated is the owner’s word, with no document behind it.
- Money is shown by its state: paid, invoiced, pending (the app has credited it, the cash is not yet confirmed in), and booked while it is only agreed. Booked is never added to earned.
- A day the record holds nothing for is a gap, never a zero. A correction is dated and shown on the day it fixes.
- Not shown: where the car goes, when it leaves, a client’s name, an address.
